Product development OceanCo

We are currently designing a tailored acoustic and vibration energy harvester for one of our partners.
This design will harvest energy from six cleaning extraction air filter units.

The Coentunnel

We are currently talking with RWS (ministry of infrastructure and water management) to to a pilot at the Coentunnel.

This design will harvest energy from soundwaves that are created with the traffic that is going through this tunnel

Ziggodome / MOJO

We are currently designing a tailored acoustic and vibration energy harvester for one of the biggest venues in Holland and the biggest promotor of The Netherlands

This design will harvest energy from soundwaves that are created when the music plays.

Who and how can LV Energy help?

The aviation industry

With our harvester we can convert the noise of the aircraft engines into energy that we return to the aircraft, making it more economical/efficient by using less kerosene.

By converting to another form of energy, the waves disappear from the air, so it becomes quieter. If we can reduce the noise of aircraft by 20 decibels, then more night flights at Schiphol, for example, may be possible without the environment being affected.

Maritime

A yacht and/or cargo ship engine room makes a lot of noise, if we pick this up and return it in another form of energy, the ships become more efficient and therefore use less fuel from the engines.

Factories

Large factory halls where industrial activities take place produce a lot of noise. The employees wear ear protectors for their own safety.

LV Energy can return that noise in the form of energy and the soundproofing can contribute to the safety of the employees.

Music industry

Venues such as the Ziggodome have a peak demand for electricity during concerts, for example. LV Energy can reduce this peak by converting the noise back into energy, thereby reducing energy demand and saving costs.
